Description
The book Enfants prisonniers was published for the 15th anniversary of the non-governmental organization (NGO) Fondation DiDé – Dignité en détention. The Fondation DiDé runs the Encademi (Encadrement des mineurs) program in the central jail of Gitarama, Rwanda. The Encademi program takes care of minors in detention pending trial and after trial, when sentenced to prison.
